- CBCJ BrownJun 22, 20261.0Do whatever you can to avoid shipping here or to your PO box , any time of year it will take you 30+ min wait time to get a yellow slip service or anything from the desk. They don't have a kiosk or any self service, no passport service, despite having keyed boxes packages will get lost, not end.up.in your box and you will have to wait.

They never hold it and it's like they don't care that by send the package back that you patiently waited 2 weeks for to get, they don't care they just scan the box and throw it back in the truck. Management should seriously re-train these people. It happens ALL THE TIME!
