They don't have a kiosk or any self service, no passport service, despite having keyed boxes packages will get lost, not end.up.in your box and you will have to wait.

If the address isn't exactly as they like the mail is sent back. This is even the case when the P. O box number is clearly on the package. Then the will extort you for 40 dollars as an intercept fee....what a total scam!!!
