  This is the best UPS Store I have ever been to. They are always professional that have great customer service and are always willing to help me no matter what I need. I just stopped by for some help with a package that I needed packed at my home as it was going to be picked up at my house by UPS but I needed help packing it due to the large size so I stopped by the UPS Store to see how they could help. I talked to the owner Zack and he helped me set up a day that he will stop by the house with all the packing materials necessary to pack up my large Pilates machine to send to the manufacturer for repairs. Thanks for all your help Zack, I will definitely be back in the future

  Zack is super knowledgeable. Every summer, he and his team carefully pack my gear, monitors, and computer parts for my move to the East Coast. He explain insurance clearly, and while I shipped my stuff, my mom got her Amazon returns and notaries done — super convenient! Love the whole team! Thank you guys.

  Do NOT go to this UPS Store location! I attempted to send back Spectrum DVR equipment last month and the employee sent it to AT&T instead. Upon figuring out this mistake, I called the store and spoke to Zach the manager. He was not only unapologetic but also unhelpful and said there is nothing he can do. He went as far as to tell me it was my fault and I insisted the employee send it to AT&T. Ridiculous! I don't write reviews but felt it was important to spread the word about this UPS Store location!

  The best UPS store I’ve been to. The staff is so quick and effective. They get things done and know how to do a great job. I’m usually always in and out, but if there’s a line sometimes you can’t avoid it. They do their best to be as quick as possible, and I’ve never waited over 5-10 minutes in that store, but it’s usually always under 2 minutes. They don’t make you wait here, the minute they see you they’re helping you. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, I don’t like going to any other location now.

  It's posted hours are the same as Google. They are posted to be open at 12:30 every afternoon, but here I am on a non holiday greeted by a closed store. No answering machine. No out to lunch sign. No service
