  I am a start going to the one on Wilmington, instead it’s closer more parking and their service is better over there as well. I have been coming to this UPS store for years since they first opened and the quality of service has declined since. A certain employees has all sorts of attitude like the USPS did back in the day. I don’t know I am just not comfortable coming back here anymore and I am cancelling my box too.

  This location ALWAYS has great customer service. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I felt very welcomed. A employee by the name of Richard helped me immediately with my whole print out process and gave me supplies I needed to complete my important document. I appreciate him for going above and beyond and being very patient. The team at this store has always been awesome and I wish I could give 100 stars. Thanks Richard!

  Their Customer Service is pretty good here at the store, and they’re usually pretty quick, but I just don’t like the parking situation. Seems like everybody parks directly in front of the store and it’s hard for me to bring in my heavy packages like that. Also, I noticed that when an item is fragile, they do not seem to handle it with Care, I’ve been ordering Live plants and picking them up there at that store, I’ve noticed that the people are carrying it upside down or just handling it really rough, when the box says keep upright and also fragile, it seems like they just ignore those posted stickers.
