They also would send our packages back before we even had the opportunity to check in and see if it had arrived. I think there is room for improvement in both customer service and flexibility when handling packages.

Instead, they balance on a brick border outside my porch and drop it. Today, they dropped one over my front gate and I didn’t get it before it started to rain. I,m tired of it, too! Please tell those people to be more careful with everyone’s packages.

Anything shipped through UPS is sent back to sender, even though it is labeled exactly how the postmaster wants it. My opinion is they are breaking their fiduciary duty when they don’t deliver your mail and send it back.
