I drive to town once a week to pick up packages that's why I pay for a po box. Being such a rural community people rely on them being open during the posted business hours. Once again a perfect example of our government taking our tax dollars but not delivering the services promised.

This employee shows a completely different attitude toward me every time—rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a Hispanic customer, I feel singled out. This is not a one-time issue; it happens repeatedly, and her behavior clearly changes when I approach. I also have concerns about how my packages are being handled, as they seem to be singled out. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
