- DMDiana McAllister3 days ago1.0Monday October 12, 2026: Posted hours state it closes at 5pm. Showed up at 4:50pm and doors were locked. Don't trust that their hours will be accurate. Next time I'll use UPS.
- CJCody JanzenMar 21, 20261.0Im not 100% sure what Brandon's deal is, but hes down right rude to elderly people that aren't 100% sure how to work some things in a tech world. I asked for a pen *I brought my own but it wasnt working for the bubble mailer* I forgot a pen the last time I came in here. But I asked to borrow a pen, and he set it up in a way that I had to walk to get the pen instead of him handing it to me. The first time I had the misfortune of interacting with him, he was down right rude. Him coming out the back asking "can I help anyone with anything" and all I asked for was a pen. And he gave me a look and tone like I insulted his mother. If he is that miserable he should stay in the back. And not interact with the public if he is that bothered by people.
- KWKathy WalkerNov 4, 20221.0FIVE stars for the lobby staff who are wonderful. FIVE stars for the regular mail carriers who are also great, having to deliver packages in years past they didn't have to. ONE STAR FOR THE SUBSTITUTE MAIL CARRIER WHO IS LAZY AND ALWAYS IN A HURRY. HE DUMPS PACKAGES IN THE BUSHES BENEATH THE MAILBOX AND LATELY PUTS MAIL IN THE VACATION HOUSE BOX THAT WE JUST FOUND BY CHANCE. INCOMPETENT AND HE GIVES A BAD NAME TO THE USPS. Update: I stopped at the post office to register this complaint and they could have cared less. I doubt they will reprimand this carrier and it was my impression they're just happy to have anyone available to deliver mail even if it's not to the right address. Sad.
- STSandy (TC&me)Jul 10, 20205.0I've never have to spend more than 10 min at this post office. Friendly and efficient staff.
