- ZGZ GMay 26, 20261.0I have been to this post office many times before and always had an excellent experience, especially when being helped by Jose or Bella, who are wonderful. Today, however, was a completely different story. I came in during my lunch break to mail a package and was helped by a woman who was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly did not want to be there. Having a language barrier is one thing—I can easily tolerate that—but having a toxic, hostile attitude toward paying customers is entirely unacceptable. The contrast between her terrible service and the great service I usually get here is shocking. Management needs to address her behavior immediately
- JBJames BartonApr 16, 20261.0This was hands down the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. There is always a very long slow line. Unlike all other post offices that allow you to get your packages from the side door this one makes you go to the front which makes the line even worse. When I needed them to change the key on the postal unit at my residence it took them 3 months. Then they changed it twice in a week. If you're going here plan to stand in line a long time. I would like to say I know this is not the fault of the employees but the management. When talking to some of the employees they have aired their frustration with the management there. Get it together. You're representing the US government and doing a poor job.
