- AJA JApr 6, 20211.0With out a doubt the gentlemen that is working the front of the Post Office has no PR skills what so ever and should be fired immediately. He has no respect at all, my wife came in today around 3:50 to certify a letter and he threw the pen at her and did not at all at any time help her or to acknowledge that what she filled out was correct so that it could get to its proper destination. If you are unable to respectively deal with the public then I suggest you find another career or take a class on actually being a stand up guy representing the Los Banos Post Office. I will be following up a compliant to see that you're reprimanded for your unprofessional approach. This is not your first time doing this to customers and it needs to be addressed immediately.
