- MMMohammad MaghsoudiJul 13, 20261.0Every time I’ve visited this location, I’ve had a disappointing experience with this employee. The attitude has consistently been unfriendly and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I often received inaccurate or misleading information, which made the process more frustrating instead of helpful. What bothered me the most was the way I was treated—it felt as though I was inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. Customer service should be respectful, patient, and knowledgeable, and sadly that was not my experience.
