All they do is passports like it's some type of county building ... Almost got a parking ticket. Cuz the line is long and it's 1 person working They need to shut this place down Get out the mall and find some regular parking... and on top of that the post office worker at like she don't won't show you how do something they just won't you to figure it .. I have no reason to ever come back to this Wilshire madness
- JHjackelin hernandezAug 27, 20245.0I had an appointment for Saturday and I was kind of nervous at first because I saw the reviews but I want to update you guys as of August 24th of year 2024 i had a passport and picture appointment as well they were so kind and I was happy with the customer service specially with Lupe she took her time on the paperwork and also Veronica she was so kind too I really recommend this place.

I came on a Monday and there's no signs about hours at the location. Online it will tell you it's open. Online USPS will allow you to make an appointment. In person, however, there's no one there.
