The documents were urgently needed for submission to the consulate, and the package was unfortunately returned due to certain circumstances. Despite the situation, she was extremely patient, responsible, and proactive in helping to resolve the issue. She took the time to carefully look into the matter and worked hard to find a solution. It looks like the entrance on Western Ave is closed, but it has just been given additional security. They have the machines to expedite service, and your basic supplies. Highly recommend you to bring your tape, scissors and markers, if needed. Cards are accepted and everyone is busy, most of the time. But overall, it's a quiet, clean, and efficient location.
