- JBJenny Blumenthal3 days ago1.0First time here since I live down the street and it will be the LAST time. Horrific customer service and seemed unsanitary. Very unfortunate and very disappointed, to say the least. I left without even getting to actually send my letter.

The worker is behind more than 2 hours and said that she wasn't even supposed to be there because someone else handles passports. Then she went for her lunch while people waiting. And they close at 6, so after waiting 2-3 hours, I'm not even sure if they'll take out application. What a mismanaged establishment! What a shame!

I asked for a supervisor Which I was directed to another lady who gave me fake names for her and the employee.

I went in for an address change twice and both times the clerks put my documents aside to help other customers and said they will do it. I went in for a third time for the same reason waited 25 minutes in line to be helped and the lady on the front desk didn’t want to help me. They can’t give simple answers for a simple question. They just push people out without caring if the problem was solved or not. Do better USPS!! And still my problem wasn’t solved.
