- MNMaya Devi NepaliAug 27, 20261.0Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in with a prepaid shipping label and simply needed a USPS mailing sleeve/envelope to package my item and drop it off. There were none available for customers to grab, so I politely asked a clerk where I could find one or if he could provide me with one. Instead, he yelled at me to “go wait in line.” Another clerk responded the same way and dismissed me. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes in line, only to be told by the clerk who finally helped me, “You could have asked us.” I explained that I had asked and was told to wait in line. The conflicting instructions, unnecessary rudeness, and lack of basic customer service were extremely frustrating. On top of that, the facility was hot, had no working AC, and was dirty and poorly maintained. The overall environment was unpleasant and unwelcoming. I understand employees can be busy, but that is no excuse for treating customers this way. Clerks seemed like they were forced to work there and working for free and hate their jobs.

This place needs a revamp as to staffing - there’s no reason customers should be waiting so long for service. I have been in line 20 minutes, there are three people behind the counter and the lines are not moving. Specifically Rochelle - she has been standing not assisting anyone while the line continues to grow. This is not the first time she’s done this…she consistently stands around doing nothing.
