The absolute worse customer service and interface it’s difficult to get anywhere from the A.I generated response on the automated system. Difficult to just email them, nothing is user friendly

I want to thank Elinelson, he was so helpful and patient. It was my first time sending an international package and he took his time to explain the process. Very kind. I've been to so many post offices and everyone is rude. So yeah! Thank you Elinelson.

I visited this post office on April 8, 2026, around 4:30 PM to get a certificate of mailing. I initially mixed up the wording and said certified mail, but I immediately clarified I needed the white certificate of mailing form. Instead of simply helping, the employee, Annette, responded with attitude and told me next time I should ask for the correct form. What made this worse was when I asked for her name, she refused to give it and ignored me, and she wasn’t wearing a name tag. No employee should refuse to identify themselves when asked. I was eventually helped by Emily Yang, who was professional, but the initial interaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This experience alone is enough for me not to return.
