The black female with the head wrap employee working there on August 25th was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve returned SHEIN packages here multiple times and have never had an issue before, but this interaction was completely different. From the beginning, her attitude was unnecessarily disrespectful. After speaking to me rudely, she told me, “You need to learn how to watch your mouth,” which was completely inappropriate given the way she had been treating me. She was also disrespectful toward her own manager and repeatedly tried to tell her what to do. The manager was professional and patient throughout the interaction and I genuinely felt bad for her. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. She’s an older woman and maybe retirement should be in the works since clearly she can’t keep up to date with the new protocols.

this front desk african lady with glasses is so unnecessarily rude. this is the second time i’ve come to this usps location and will be my last. today she tried to make it seem like i was trying to steal tape with the nastiest attitude and told me they informed her to watch out for me. what?? i didn’t even have a chance to speak when i approached her desk and she immediately tried to make me look like a criminal. my partner did most of the talking and in the end when we were getting ready to head out she said “yall are too young to be giving an attitude but you didn’t (my partner) and i appreciate that.” i didn’t even talk to her?? i was already annoyed that she tried to make me feel like i was stealing ONE dollar tape. i’ve read the other reviews and it seems like other costumers are having the same issue with the same lady.

The absolute worse customer service and interface it’s difficult to get anywhere from the A.I generated response on the automated system. Difficult to just email them, nothing is user friendly
