  I've been there 4 times now, and 4/4 times the older Korean lady "Kim" there was SUPER rude to other customers including me. She'll literally smirk at someone who doesn't really know what to do (like, not everyone does this regularly), complain that someone could do something "over there", when really it's HER job to help someone. This is everytime I go. It's her specifically. I think she also hates dogs because everytime someone brings a dog in, she'll say how there aren't dogs allowed here, and when someone says "it's a service animal", she'll go "THAT is a service animal?" and laugh and shake her head as if the person was lying. I just can't with this woman. A 3 minute interaction with her makes me boil.

  Never have I EVER been asked to purchase a whole roll of tape just to ship ONE international package. Every other time I’ve shipped internationally, they’ve given me the clear sleeve from behind the counter for the label, and I usually just pay for the bubble mailer if I need one. Apparently things have changed, because the employee behind the counter told me I needed to buy clear tape and tape the label myself. Like… honestly, what exactly are the employees here supposed to help with? 😭 This location is CONSTANTLY full of attitude. I can literally think of ONE girl I’ve encountered here who was actually nice, helpful, and seemed like she genuinely didn’t hate being at work. Everyone else either has an attitude or acts like they’re doing you some huge favor just by helping you. And it’s literally a government service. WHO do you think funds these services? TAXPAYERS. 😭 I’m not asking you to do me some personal favor. I’m coming in to use a service that your location is literally there to provide. The bare minimum is doing your job without making customers feel like they’re inconveniencing you just for walking up to the counter. Like DO YOUR DAMN JOB. If helping customers irritates you that much, why are you working at the counter?! I’m seriously so over this location. The attitude is ridiculous, the customer service is consistently horrible, and somehow they always manage to make you feel like YOU’RE bothering THEM. If you have the option to go to another location, GO. Unless you enjoy being treated like you’re inconveniencing someone for simply asking them to do the job you came there for. 🙄 Everyone has bad days, I get that. But when practically the entire location consistently acts rude, annoyed, and unhelpful, that’s not a “bad day” anymore. That’s just terrible customer service.

  I was here today and Ms. Kim very rudely mocked me to another coworker right in front of my face after asking her to please not mix my packages up. I said “Please don’t be rude to me” and she continued mocking. If you’re going to work in a heavy customer service based role, learn PROPER customer service. I wasn’t surprised to see multiple people on here have shared negative experiences with this particular employee. Why hasn’t she been fired yet?

  Kim/Kimberly—older woman at the first window is incompetent. I have been to several USPS’ in the area and never had an issue with shipping packages, she never accepts mine, yet the other postal workers do. Worst USPS experience ever!

  Inconsistent. Sometimes it is fast, sometimes it is slow as molasses in January. Yes some of the people who show up seem to have never visited a post office in their lives, and the staff entertain them for too long rather than having them fill things out off to the side instead. I wouldnt mind but when you only have ONE STAFF WORKING maybe tell them to move it along to allow folks who are ready to go use their time efficiently
