- CICreativity IslandFeb 16, 20211.0Website clearly says they open after lunch at 1pm. They didn't open up as stated on their website. There's a little clock that says will return at 1:30pm. There were elderly customers standing outside for more than half an hour waiting for them to open. Bad service. & the old witch that works there picks and chooses who she wants to kick out the lobby for dropping off their prepaid packages at the window so now I just wait in line with my prepaid package until it's my turn, while I watch others just walk in and drop their's off.
