If you have a passport appointment at 9:30, that is going to mean they start helping you at 10:00-10:30 at this location.

Major thank you to Gilma, she helped with passport processing so the interaction was a bit brief but she was very sweet and soooooo helpful. May every location have a worker similar to her as this gave someone like me, who gets very anxious, such a positive experience. hope everyone here has a great day (:
