- TBTa Tiana Beaird5 days ago5.0Stopped by the Post Office on Pico and baby, I was in and out in about three minutes! 😂 It wasn’t crowded at all, there was plenty of parking, and the location was nice and spacious. The lady who helped me was super nice and the service was very fast. They were also fully stocked with mailing and shipping supplies, which is always a plus. Quick, easy, friendly service. Exactly how a Post Office visit should be! Not a critic, just sharing how it felt.

They don’t care about their customers, and they don’t even listen to them, not even for the most basic requests they are paid to handle. Mani, one of the representatives who helped me today, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all.
