  This has been the worst experience of my life. I payed for my package to be delivered and the post lady fail to deliver cause it was too heavy. Second I wasn’t able to get my package cause the name didn’t match which it was a gift from a person that lives 3 hrs away. Third the lady that was sitting all the way on the right African American female think her name was Mia was extremely rude. Cursed at me for no reason, she shouldn’t work there, if she hates her job so much she should work close doors where she doesn’t have to handle with ppl. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she denied me speaking to someone above her. Post office you need to do better into hiring ppl. Someone that loves their job and are happy to help,and someone that has manners to at least greet you when you walked inside your business She gave me this slip but none of these numbers work. All these because the post lady fail to deliver my package cause it was too heavy when I paid for it being delivered. You have no idea how much all of these has cost me. So disappointing

  Disrespectful and lazy workers! I asked the disrespectful lady worker at front "now i wonder why this place has a 2 star rating for unprofessionalism ! " She said " i dont know why!" After she just gave me the worst attitude ever just because i interrupted her convo when the place had no line and i wanted to ask for a label! They hate working and told me "you dont have to go this location if you dont like it" treated me like an inconvenience and she felt ashamed of nothing! She did not apologize for her rudeness or unprofessionalism! Why do keep hiring horrible workers!?

  If I could leave a negative 1 star review I would, I don’t know what hiring manager hired these ladies, I entered this location on a Saturday around 1230, the ladies start screaming at customers that why we had to come in on closing time, 1 lady decided to close the doors on everyone inside because she did not want people to come in but not realizing that she was locking people inside I was going to call the police at the time but the lady started to let people out.. I honestly don’t know how these 2 lady’s still work here.. they should be fired!! also when we have to leave a review on the screen after paying the lady took it upon her self to enter a happy face , I didn’t say anything because afraid of the confrontation she would have done if I left a bad review.. every time I come here I hope every time that these lady’s would not be here.. there is 2 lady’s that are like this the older lady is kind. I will follow up with names.. USPS please 🙏 do something about these lady’s they are unprofessional and disrespectful and take out there personal issues out with customers if these lady’s hate their job they should quit. It’s not right that customers have to go through this every time we go there.
