If I could leave a negative 1 star review I would, I don’t know what hiring manager hired these ladies, I entered this location on a Saturday around 1230, the ladies start screaming at customers that why we had to come in on closing time, 1 lady decided to close the doors on everyone inside because she did not want people to come in but not realizing that she was locking people inside I was going to call the police at the time but the lady started to let people out.. I honestly don’t know how these 2 lady’s still work here.. they should be fired!! also when we have to leave a review on the screen after paying the lady took it upon her self to enter a happy face , I didn’t say anything because afraid of the confrontation she would have done if I left a bad review.. every time I come here I hope every time that these lady’s would not be here.. there is 2 lady’s that are like this the older lady is kind.
I will follow up with names.. USPS please 🙏 do something about these lady’s they are unprofessional and disrespectful and take out there personal issues out with customers if these lady’s hate their job they should quit. It’s not right that customers have to go through this every time we go there.

Stay away from this location.
From the moment I approached the counter, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I came in with sealed Media Mail packages and had a few questions because I wanted to make sure I mailed personalized books correctly. Instead of explaining the process, the clerk spoke to me in a way that made me feel stupid for asking.
I've never experienced customer service like this at a post office. A little patience and professionalism would have gone a long way. If you're looking for a location where your questions are answered respectfully, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

People here are unprofessional, disrespect and un right callous towards their customers. I been here multiple times, have overlookdled disrespectful actions do to convince. On this particular day was told rudely to get in-line by a clerk behind the desk to which I was trying to get information from. There was noone inline, there is no sign as to where the line starts. She pointed across the hall and then called me to her desk after getting to the end of the hall. She seem frustrated by my presence. I needed to ship some papers to a military friend that moved into the countryside and he's address was not in there system. She got mad and told rudely to remove myself from her desk, call my friend and tell him that he doesn't where he lives. She was too busy hearing trap music and talking to her friend about what she was going to have for lunch. I honestly can't believe the type people that represent USPS. It's no wonder they're loosing clients and slowly going out of buisness... I decides to pay $5 more take the papers to a different shipper which kindly help me find my friend's address and gave me 2 options as to the address my friend had provided.
