- RARobin AdamsMay 8, 20261.0I paid for certified mail 2 times, one was registered and both times the incompetent postman placed certified mail in the mailbox and DID NOT GET A SIGNATURE!! The registered mail the POSTMAN SIGNED!! Isn’t that fraud? It’s FEDERALLY ILLEGAL!!! But nothing was done!! I called and everytime I had a ticket for them to call me, someone closed it!! This is the absolute worst post office EVER!!!
