Absolutely unacceptable experience at this USPS location. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, yet the agent, Jackie, did not show up until approximately 9:10 AM. There was no communication, no apology, and no regard for the people waiting. To make matters worse, after specifically instructing us that our newborn baby needed to be present for a passport appointment, she then told us she could not take appointments at that point. We rearranged our entire morning, brought our newborn baby out, and still received no service. I honestly do not understand how someone can provide this level of customer service in a public-facing position. Being late by 40 minutes and then refusing to help customers who followed the instructions given is completely unprofessional. USPS needs to do a much better job training and supervising employees because experiences like this are unacceptable. If the federal government is serious about improving customer service, leaders, including President Trump, should make sure employees who repeatedly provide this kind of service are held accountable. Taxpayers deserve better.

I had to get my picture for my passport and picked this location out of desperation just to get it done in time. I hadn’t been before. I showed up, waited in line and a young gentleman worked there was posted up out in the waiting area, helping anyone who needed it and asking if there was anything he could do. He was so pleasant and when he saw the paperwork in my hand, he asked if I had a passport appointment. When I told him I did, he immediately got sullen and sweet and said, “ohhh, I’m sorry- the person that deals with that has a family emergency. You may have to reschedule.” I said I hoped all was ok and that I could come back. With that, he said, “you know what, hold on- you just need a picture? Let me see.” He was able to get me the kindest woman to shoot my picture. They had no WiFi and so she had some trouble connecting the camera to the equipment but she was so calm, cool, and thoughtful. She ended up getting it to work- she kept calling me “darlin,” “sweetie,” and I loved it. She was so kind. I got my pics taken, went out to pay, and while I was waiting, another young lady came out to help with the lines. She was just as sweet and attentive as the young guy out there before (and who was still out there but was helping an elderly couple get a shipping label). I got what I needed at the window. While I waited, everyone working had fun comments and great attitudes about their day, what was going on, and inside stories with one another. All I needed was the picture and an envelope but they were constantly (not overwhelmingly in a bad way) making sure I didn’t need help. What they didn’t know is that I bellied up to the bar where you wait and get shipping slips to put my items together, not because I had to, but because I wanted to continue to be in their positive and good energy. I had to ship at Fed Ex, so I could have totally left but didn’t want to. Kudos to all the employees there for making the experience so positive. I will go out of my way, when I need to ship or mail something, to come to this location. Everyone better treat them right! It’s a great group of folks and i appreciate the positive experience I had. Everyone deserves a raise!

One of the Worst USPS Experiences I've Ever Had This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a USPS location. On Saturday evening, I received a call from this post office informing me that they had found my ID and that I could pick it up on Monday. Based on that information, I took the time and effort to travel back to this location on Monday around 4 PM to retrieve it. When I arrived, the staff told me they had no idea what I was talking about. They claimed they didn't know who called me, didn't know where the ID was, and couldn't help me locate it. The lack of communication and coordination within this office is unbelievable. If an employee calls a customer to pick up an important document like an ID, there should be a clear process for tracking it and informing other staff members. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the employees. Instead of trying to help, investigate, or make any effort to locate the ID, they were dismissive and rude. I felt like nobody cared about resolving the issue or respecting the time and effort I spent traveling there. To make matters worse, I was told that their systems had been down for several days, and many customers were being turned away. Rather than offering solutions, the staff simply kept telling people to come back another day. Losing an ID is already stressful. Being told that it has been found and then being met with confusion, poor communication, and no willingness to help is extremely frustrating. This office showed no respect for customers' time, energy, or concerns. Based on my experience, this is one of the most poorly managed USPS locations I have ever visited. The lack of coordination, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I want to thank Jennifer Del Real for all her help and outstanding customer service. She assisted me with everything from understanding how to respond to a pink slip to helping me arrange for my package to be redelivered. She patiently answered all of my questions, walked me through every step, and even helped locate my package. Jennifer was very pleasant, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. USPS is lucky to have someone as helpful and caring as her. Thank you again, Jennifer! 🤍🤍🤍
