  So Saturday I was waiting outside for my package seen the mail man waited for him a younger black dude he gave me my mail at 4:30pm but not my package he even had it in his hand my package was never delivered and says I requested for it to he held at post office at 7pm when I never did, went Monday morning and turns out the lobby is temporarily closed and redelivery is not available for my package customer service doesn't answer so what they just keep my package now a rare collection Samsung phone is now lost these people at that post office suck at doing their job nothing but bad reviews/part2 right after calling customer service about the mail man dodging me they immediately put it out for delivery very shady if you ask me this place needs to be exposed its not fair that hard working people get their shit stolen by bums with in that company pathetic

  Came in to get my child’s passport Application and there’s literally as you walk into the office the first lady that attends you is really rude. Very aggressive has no manners loud for no reason keep in mind. I was there when the doors were open, so I was literally the first person she attended, and she was already shouting out. You could literally see in her face that she doesn’t enjoy her job at all really bad customer service because when she talks to you, she talks to you in a rude demeanor and not just with me with a lot of people there and it looks like she gets irritated if you even ask her a question Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name Due to her Employee ID facing backwards, but she’s literally in the front as soon as you walk in through those double doors through the passport section she also has dreads. I don’t understand why someone would be there with that attitude if you’re there to help people with applications keep in mind a lot of people our first timers and it’s a new process for them and she’s literally rude that way and it’s sad.

  I don’t know if it’s just Los Angeles or it’s the whole state of California usps is failing hardcore. Order a package like a month ago and it’s still sitting in this crappy dump of a location. I’m beginning to think that one of the employees stole my package. If you call and successfully get through, they immediately start speaking Spanish, which I responded back in Spanish and then they just hung up

  Its works 24/7. Clean, safe. I just dropped the package 📦 at 10.30. So incase you are late for your local USPS office just come to this location. Good luck 😊
