⭐️ 1/5 Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I arrived at approximately 5:15 PM, while this location was clearly posted as being open until 5:30 PM. The doors were already locked, and I was not the only person waiting—there were around 10 customers outside trying to get in while employees were still visibly inside. We knocked and waited, but nobody opened the door. Finally, around 5:28 PM, an employee came outside and, instead of apologizing or explaining why they had closed early, responded with an extremely dismissive attitude, saying she “knows how to manage her time” and that the day was over. If your posted closing time is 5:30 PM, customers who arrive at 5:15 PM should not find the doors locked because employees have decided they are finished for the day. And if there is a legitimate reason for stopping service early, communicate it professionally instead of speaking disrespectfully to customers who arrived during posted business hours. There were multiple people standing outside who had made the effort to get there before closing. Closing early and then treating customers as though they are the inconvenience is completely unacceptable. One of the most unprofessional USPS experiences I’ve had. Management should seriously address both the early closure and the way customers were spoken to.

I made a mistake and they were kind enough to clarify & rectify, despite clearly being annoyed with me 😅 more convenient parking than most DTLA locations, so it’s a shame that they don’t typically accept drop offs bc there is only one person on staff. For some reason they took down the orange signs in prior reviews 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this post office. On 7/29/2026 at around 10:00 AM, there were two African American female employees working. I was assisted by the one further from the entrance (not the one closest to the door). Unfortunately, she showed a complete lack of patience throughout our interaction. Service employees should at least maintain basic courtesy and professionalism. Seeing so many similar negative reviews online, it is clear this is a recurring issue. I strongly suggest management step in to retrain the staff and improve service quality. If I could give negative stars I would.

Woman at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there, was not helpful, quite angry/disgruntled and overall a rude and unwelcoming experience - go elsewhere
