- VSVarian Shelton4 days ago1.0Worst post office in all of Los Angeles. The postal clerks close early, which is wrong. They go to lunch and leave nobody at the window. Customer service is horrible. They incompetence is out of control.

The lady with the puffy curly (I think it was a but red or maybe it was the lighting and it was black) hair that was in a ponytail and she’s big built, was rude. She shouted “1 1”, I thought she was trying to ask how many stamped envelopes I wanted so I said “just 1” politely then she repeated “I said it’s 1 1, It’s 1.01” but with an attitude. Damn girl like I wasn’t even rude, be rude to the rude customers not the nice ones. Then she told me to go to the pay machine and to click the happy face in a commanding and rude tone; the screen asked you to rate your overall experience and displays a sad face, mad face I believe, and a happy one. Why tell me what option to click? Weird. So I clicked the happy cuz I really needed my stamped envelope and didn’t wanna deal with back and forth conflict just to get what i paid for. No wonder they’re short staffed. She probably starts beef with everyone. Also there are customers who are cognitively declined…not to be mean but GOSH they are SOOOOO SLOWWW like I literally need to write a quick address and you’re taking up all the space to look at the same page for hours…this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with a rude employee there. Sometimes it’s worse if your kind cuz they see you as someone to step on.

- RRRAYMar 24, 20261.0I'm writing this as I'm waiting for the lady to do the passports to get here I made an appointment online for 11:00 a.m. they told me come back because the lady is not here until 12:00 it's already 12:15 and the lady is not even here yet and they have big time attitude in this building is just unbelievable how this post office functions the lack of customer service is crazy if I could I would give this place zero star SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND FIRE EVERYONE IN THE FRONT OR REPLACE ALL THIS BAD ATTITUDE WORKS.
