- KHKelly HAug 1, 20261.0Our business attempted to process a batch of certified mail at this location today. Upon arrival, the clerk, Israel, refused to process our items, stating it was "too much." When I spoke with the supervisor, he acknowledged Israel's poor attitude, stating, "He is a very difficult employee, just let him do five at a time and rotate the line." We willingly accommodated this request and followed the supervisor's instructions to step back into line after every five pieces. Despite our full cooperation, Israel completely refused us service. Refusing basic postal service to local businesses, especially after following management's explicit instructions, is completely unacceptable.
