- SSSarah SalinasJun 25, 20261.0If I could put no stars I would. The carrier did not deliver the package on time. The business was not closed. The carrier was a liar. If I have texts and pictures confirming the business is open and the owner of the business was standing at the open door awaiting the package. How can you say the gate wasn’t open. The gate on an open city block. Don’t advertise that a service has a money back guarantee if you don’t deliver it on the day that it’s guaranteed. The supervisor did nothing! But after reading other bad reviews for this location I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. I’m going to continue to complain in every way possible and then the matter will actually be closed.

I frequent this place a lot to ship packages and this facility will just conveniently "lose" your stuff and make it impossible to reimburse you for damages and losses. When you try to bring up actual evidence with receipts, they give you attitude and do anything to just get you to leave. Unprofessional, shady, and corrupt. If you ship stuff here, TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEO OF EVERYTHING. These people cover up for a lot of malpractice and they can't keep getting away with this.
