  They no longer have a place to drop off a package. You have to wait in line even if you do not need an employee to help.

  I feel I have to write a review because its so odd this location has a low score. seems most people are making reviews out of personal annoyance, and not the objective quality of the spot. that said, this is my favorite Post Office in LA (not in the Valley or East LA). kind and understanding staff that always makes sure my packages are well handled with no fuss. only con is they are decently understaffed, so the line can be quite long if you arrive at a rush. but if you wait in line, the service is super helpful and kind

  The employees are sweet but man, this place needs a way better drop off system. Please make use of that glass door!!! Waited in line 15 mins while one employee problem-solved something on his computer for a lady talking on her phone. Should’ve been in and out in 5 seconds.

  Incompetent delivery that almost cost me my housing. ​Missing a coupon or a piece of junk mail is one thing, but this post office is consistently failing to deliver critical, time-sensitive government documentation. I have completely stopped receiving my crucial paperwork from HACLA (Housing Authority) through the mail. ​Because this branch cannot handle basic, reliable mail delivery, important notices never arrived. The incompetence of the carriers or sorting staff at this location almost cost me my Section 8 housing voucher. If I hadn't been proactive, stepped in, and forced the housing authority to acknowledge my situation and reasonable accommodations, I would have been pushed out of the program entirely because of this post office's negligence. ​Failing to deliver legal and federal mail is life-altering for the people in this community. Management needs to get a handle on their routes and staff immediately. Absolutely unacceptable. Update: just had my chime card mail dropped left on the ground by postman , my mailbox is empty as i checked it yesterday when i walked right past a piece of mail on ground that was my chime card delivered improperly. I have had enough and will be reporting to federal government.

  They don't print out shipping label even if you have the qr code for them to print.
