I went here to get some documentation done. Very long wait time, no services rendered, they refuse to answer my questions, and when my time came up, they left without saying a word and ignored myself and everyone else in line. If you have to use a post office, use any of them but this one.

The customer service I experienced was lacking. A woman in front of me accidentally brought a package meant for UPS to this USPS location. The man assisting her kindly pointed out the mistake, but the post next to him laughed mockingly at her, which was very rude. When it was my turn, my shipping label wouldn’t scan, and I kept getting an error message at the kiosk. I let the man, who had helped the previous customer about the issue, know. He asked me to follow him to try scanning it again. The same woman laughed and commented that "people are stupid." Her behavior unacceptable.

I want to take a moment to recognize the USPS team for providing good customer service. In a world where customer service can sometimes be overlooked, it’s refreshing when employees take the time to be professional, courteous, helpful, and respectful. My experience was a positive one, and I truly appreciate the people who continue to show up every day and serve the community. Whether you’re handling mail, packages, shipping, returns, postage, or other postal services, having a team that treats customers with respect makes a real difference. I especially appreciate the effort that goes into keeping things moving and helping customers get what they need. That kind of service deserves recognition. If you’re looking for a USPS post office in Los Angeles for your everyday mailing and shipping needs, I’d recommend giving this location a try and experiencing the customer service for yourself. Thank you to the USPS team for the good service. It’s appreciated!

The worst service I’ve ever received. I came in to mail a letter and was straight up refused service, as soon as I went up to the window. The facility was empty and the lady at the window was not assisting anyone. Simply don’t work here if you’re not willing to do your job. Don’t recommend coming here.
