- DEDavid Medford and E.Parker2 days ago5.0I cannot believe the Patience and care that those window clerks use when dealing with customers that show up wanting to send Something, don’t even have a package sealed, much less than address and the clerks go ahead and do all their work for Them which of course makes the line slower. Most people don’t expect to show up, totally unprepared to actually mail something but then there’s the small minority that causes backed up lines.

An hour before closing time is not late. The older ladies are mean spirited!!! atrocious. Our tax dollars and no respect!!!
- ABaaron bestAug 2, 20261.0Its a soft weapon free zone with weapon free zone signs but no armed security to actually make sure that nobody brings in a weapon. In other words the weapon free zone signs done prevent any criminals from bring in a weapon and breaking the law, and the weapon free zone signs only make sure that all law abiding citizens are a helpless victim to any criminals who come in with a weapon. All a criminal has to do is disobey the sign and the sign no longer is keeping you safe in any way or form because there is no armed security or metal detectors to make sure that nobody brings in a weapon.

I usually respect the work the team does as they clearly have their hands tied half the time, but today I had to write a review. Manager Marzella and representative Shelvey have done ZERO to help me receive my mail. I have had an open case for months and all I am told is the RUN AROUND - nothing makes sense. One minute its solution X, the next minute its solution Y. Then X again. Nobody has answers as to why my business account box is not receiving mail nor being FWD to the alternative address I PAID FOR! I wish someone could simply help me resolve this!
