- YYYogirlliyahhAug 21, 20261.0Rudest people ever. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and I seriously do not understand how some of these employees still have their jobs. They have lost several pieces of my mail, and my ID was stolen as well. I have filed missing mail claims, but nothing is ever followed up on. Nothing happens, nobody explains what was done, and there seems to be absolutely no accountability. At this point, it feels like you can report your missing or stolen mail, but then you are basically left on your own with nothing actually being done about it. The employees have also been extremely rude, condescending, disrespectful, and dismissive toward me when I tried to get help. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and they refused to provide one. When I called to report the behavior, the man I spoke with claimed to be a supervisor, but I honestly don’t know how true that was. He never addressed my concerns or explained whether anything would be investigated or discussed with the employees involved. Something seriously needs to change at this location. Customers should not have to deal with missing mail, stolen identification, rude employees, and no meaningful follow-up after filing complaints. I have also witnessed employees being rude toward elderly customers, which is completely unacceptable. There needs to be actual accountability and someone who will take these complaints seriously.

- SSShannonLee SeymourJul 25, 20261.0Well let’s see my mailman throws away my mail my Foodstamp stopped im overpaid 1950 from military and there taking out 277.00 starting in a couple days I was never notified I couldn’t get my license for seven months i hold my mail but even then I get mail in my box I want jr paying the 1950 they never got there notice back I never received it and all of a sudden he’s putting mail in my box for new hospital bills new chase accounts and if I write return to sender he writes on my personal mail do not write on mail then dont put it in my box I’ve been there 2 1/2 years but what the heck I couldn’t even get my license since December 21 is my birthday I had them send it over and over and he will drop a piece of mail at my front door saying to go pick up my mail like he’s my boss complain several times just to have supervisor do nothing about it and be disrespectful what a shame cause there doing something crooked
