- TPTere PedrozaJun 16, 20261.0Please don’t go to this post office. The staff is very rude and provide awful service. There is a Latina employee who, every time I go, tells me she doesn’t speak Spanish—and I struggle with English—but when I’ve gone other times, I find her speaking Spanish with other people. She’s condescending and sometimes won’t even help you, claiming she’s on her lunch break. I sell merchandise online—I have an online store—and four times my packages have gone missing. Every time I go, they say no, that they never received the package, even though I always leave it at the drop-off window. But they probably don’t scan it or who knows what they do with it. I’ve had four packages lost, and I’ve had to issue refunds from my store. Please don’t go to this post office. It’s not worth it. If you’re an online seller, you’ll end up losing because of what they mishandle.
