- FXFaye XuAug 8, 20261.0The sign clearly states that the lunch break is from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, but it is already 2:10 PM and the doors are still not open. We had a reservation for 2:00 PM, and there is now a long line of customers waiting outside. What is even more frustrating is that the staff inside seem completely unconcerned about the situation and have made no effort to communicate with those of us waiting. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially when customers have made reservations and arrived on time. At the very least, the staff should provide an explanation or an update instead of simply leaving everyone waiting outside with no communication.

They also have a Passport Office there! This Post Office is my "go to" & favorite USPS office for both work and personal use. Highly recommended.
