- MMMagali MorandApr 29, 20261.0This was the most unfortunate passport renewal experience I have ever had. My husband, son and I got to the post office 20 minutes before opening to make sure we would be first in getting our son‘s passport renewed. The employees were there, but they apparently decided to have a sweet 20 minutes before opening the door to passport renewals. The process took about 10 minutes where we had to sign for our son. Then the lady told us to go in line again to pay which took another 15 minutes because there was a line. It took us over an hour total to get a simple 15 minute passport renewal procedure done. These people made sure to waste our time and also that my son would get to school even later than we excepted.
