After not receiving the package, I requested my landlord to look into the footage. There is footage of the carrier signing the package on my behalf and leaving it outside my building where the package was then stolen. Unbelievable and incredibly unprofessional.

Our mail carrier demonstrated exceptional kindness and dedication by going above and beyond for us during a difficult situation. When I faced obstacles with the AI system and felt like nothing was going my way, I decided to visit the post office in person. I discovered that the staff were incredibly sensible and genuinely cared about my concerns, taking immediate action to address them. In this particular situation, our passport was lost due to a substitute carrier misdelivering it, which was quite distressing. However, when I explained the situation to the postal workers, they understood the urgency and dispatched our regular mail carrier to locate it. Thanks to their efforts, the passport was found within a few hours. I'm extremely grateful for the postal workers' genuine care and practical approach. PS we did our passports here and Saturday is included!
