- KLKyoungyeon Lee3 days ago1.0The lady in this USPS is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I went to do in-person change of address, and it was a waste of time. I had to visit this USPS twice with different identifications because she did not give clear guidance. I asked if a US passport would work, she said “I don’t know. I just have to try scanning once you bring it.” And once I came back with the US passport, it did not work. When I asked how to solve this problem, all her answers were not helpful at all. So I just left the place.

- PSPeter ShekJul 12, 20261.0The staff I encountered was not that welcoming (not smiling no greeting, not too helpful). She was friendly to a customer who she seemed to know already, but not the other people. I was sending a document to another country's government mailing address using the flat rate priority envelope. I have used USPS to ship to the same government address before. She advised me she could not do it, because the address does not have an actual street address. I asked her if she could put the same "attention" name on the address line, and she seemed to have tried but still could not complete the process. I went to a different USPS location a few days later and wrote the "attention" name on the street address line again. The person did not report any issue processing it and was able to complete the transaction. The shipment arrived within 5 business days. This location is not that helpful. Go to your local USPS if there is one you go to normally.
- DJDee JApr 17, 20263.0This post office is in a unique place where you have to go up an elevator or an escalator to find it. It is very small, it is very clean, there was one woman working, and unfortunately, she wasn’t the friendliest. She did however, help me to scan a QR code so that I may mail my free paid label package even though they did not have a self service kiosk. So just a heads up, they do not have self service.
