- MCMarllory CordovaApr 17, 20261.0I do not I repeat I don’t not recommend you guys going I went today and it was my first time mailing something so I didn’t know what to do the young black lady was giving attitude from the start and just my whole interaction with here was bad she was being rude and not helpful at all she knew I was having trouble and that I didn’t know what I was doing but chose not to help me that whole interaction with het just made me cry it was my first time there and I had a very bad experience

I initially went to purchase a stamp and the cost was .078 cents and I had a $20.00 bill she declined the payment so instead gave .80 cents and she declined stating that US post office does not accept Pennies and it states that in the US Post office website however after checking the website it clearly states that it accepts coins and no where does it states that the US post office does not accept Pennie’s. I do mention that no where in the post office there’s any flyers or posters that state a rule that no Pennie’s are accepted. The customer representative. The representative did got agitated and declined to provide service after I stated that they’re was no poster or flyer stating a rule about Pennie’s or any sign that $20.00 bills aren’t accepted. She was rude and unprofessional. I do not understand how people want to work with the public if they can’t provide good customer service.
