The woman working on Monday 8/3/26 at 11:45 am was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. She made me go to the end of the line after handing me a mailing bag for my return when it takes literally 3 seconds to place the item in the new bag and seal it. Absolutely terrible customer service, her entire interaction with me was rude from the start.

Second time in a year that I come to this location. Horrible. Their system is always down. I was directed to the kiosk to mail a package and I asked if I could mail internationally from there. I was told yes. After half an hour wait I got to the machine and of course you cannot mail internationally. Absolute dump

Today I visited this post office because it opens earlier than my usual location, and I was on a tight schedule. I am a frequent USPS customer and spend tens of thousands of dollars each year on postal services for my business, so I have interacted with many postal employees over the years. When I arrived a few minutes before service began, I waited patiently. There was an employee at the counter, an African American woman with cornrows pulled straight back and glasses. I am including this description only so management can identify the employee involved. After the post office had opened, she remained seated at the counter looking at her computer screen without acknowledging or assisting any of the customers waiting in line. Eventually, I approached the counter, and before I could say much, she yelled, “I am not open yet,” in a very rude and unprofessional tone. I immediately apologized and politely asked, “I’m sorry. What time do you open?” She responded, “You can just wait. The computer is having an issue,” then turned away and went back to staring at the screen without any further explanation or attempt to help. Her attitude was so discourteous that several customers waiting behind me looked at one another in disbelief. It was clear I was not the only person who found the interaction inappropriate. I ultimately decided to leave and drive to my usual post office rather than continue the interaction. I manage a global customer-facing organization, and I understand that technical issues happen. What is not acceptable is treating customers with disrespect. A simple acknowledgment such as, “Good morning, we’re experiencing a computer issue. Thank you for your patience,” would have completely changed the experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Every customer deserves to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances.
