- TNTemperance nicholsAug 24, 20265.0A++ customer service! GIVE THIS POST OFFICE A GO! I had to do a review because some of these reviews had me a little nervous. Firstly, I've been to this post office several times and they're always so kind! I dont feel rushed or like i'm being up-charged. Mailing is seamless and takes less than 5 minutes to get through the line. I'm so happy to have discovered this location, it's so convenient. Also the clerk Darion ( I believe I got his name right) He's so kind, welcoming and helpful every time I visit! He caught a mailing mistake I was about to make and always explains the best options for my delivery. I never feel rushed. There's never a line, maybe 1 other person is in front of me. He knows his stuff, and moves customers right along! Again, i'm happy with the customer service and the location!

- RRRFJul 29, 20265.0Personally I had a great experience, it’s hard to find but the mall staff gave me directions. You just go to the escalators by Eataly and go down to P1 and the postal office is right there. It closes at 4pm on weekdays and I got there at 3:30pm, was glad it wasn’t surprisingly closed earlier than advertised. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and my priority mail with important documents was delivered without issues.
