  Our company used this UPS Store to ship a package to a new employee in Texas. We paid $563 for UPS's guaranteed two-day delivery service, with an expected delivery date of Wednesday, July 15. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered as guaranteed. According to the UPS tracking information, the driver claimed to have attempted delivery at 9:26 PM on Wednesday. However, our employee was home all day specifically waiting for the package. He also has dogs that would have barked if anyone had approached the door, and there was no indication that a delivery attempt was ever made. The package was then rescheduled for delivery the following day. When I contacted UPS Customer Service, I was told the package was out for delivery but the driver had more than 150 stops ahead of it, making it unlikely to arrive on time. It was ultimately delivered on Thursday, one day later than the guaranteed delivery date. I contacted UPS to request a refund for the missed guaranteed delivery, but they directed me back to the UPS Store where the shipment originated. The store submitted a guaranteed service refund request on our behalf. However, on Friday July 24, the store manager, Alexis, informed me that the claim had been denied because the driver reported an attempted delivery on Wednesday. Since we strongly dispute that an attempt was ever made, I asked if the UPS Store would refund the shipping charges given the circumstances. I was told that the store owner would not approve a refund. The end result is that we paid $563 for a guaranteed service that was not fulfilled, the package arrived late, and neither UPS nor the UPS Store accepted responsibility or provided any compensation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using UPS guaranteed delivery services. If your shipment is delayed and an unverified delivery attempt is recorded, you may find yourself paying a premium price without receiving the guaranteed service or a refund.

  They advertise they had a Notary but they had their license expired and no sign showing exactly that, what a waste of time

  The following review has nothing to do with the employees. They were pleasant, helpful, and quick. This is about this location's printing service fees. They charge $2.20 per page for print services. Highway robbery. Full stop. It cost me $13.17 to print 6 pages!!! I spent $4.49 at Culver Mailbox to print the exact same document last week and I got 3 copies!! Unfortunately, for me I was a pinch for time and needed to mail these out via USPS, and this UPS location was closer given the window of time I had. It is my understanding most of these UPS store are franchises. But I would never go back here for printing services. It should be $2.20 per print job, not per page. Not in this economy. I left feeling like I got robbed, seriously.
