  Hi! First class UPS store that I have been patronizing for several years. It has it all — global and domestic shipping needs , supplies, notary public, secure mail boxes and so on . It also has friendly, personable, professional & honest personnel who welcome clientele with efficiency and with knowledge. The store owner is Tilak and he is kind and helpful to get the packages that I want to send — mostly international for me — but they will meet the needs of the clientele ‘s packages either domestic or international. I have never had any problems sending out packages and they arrive on time too! Please visit this shop for all your shipping needs as it’s an honest and secure place to send out your packages . They also ship your Amazon returns too ! Send your things out with confidence ! This UPS location is at 11301 West Olympic Blvd , Los Angeles , CA 90064 .   This is the closest UPS store to me, literally the intersection down from me and same cross street but I refuse to go there. The older gentleman that apparently is the franchisee is so rude, dismissive and condescending. Per my last experience, a liar/possibly a thief. Yep I said it. It was my first return to Amazon and they directed me to that location and sent me a return code on my phone. I did not have to put them in a box. I literally paused when I saw the old guy behind the counter due to past rudeness. I showed him the bar code on my phone, mentioned my first time returning with Amazon (later I realize I should not have told him that). He took the items and put them in a big plastic bag. I was not confident he scanned the items because I did not hear a beep or something registering them but I asked him for a receipt (also ask and no other store ever denies giving me one). He said the scan code from Amazon was my receipt. I asked for something printed from the store showing they received the items (almost $100), he repeated there is no such thing for Amazon returns like that, that bar code was my receipt. He refused to give me anything. Weeks later when I called Amazon after not getting my refund they said no products were ever returned, nothing was ever scanned in from the bar code. They said YES, YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN A RECEIPT, he lied saying there is no receipt for returning Amazon items despite my asking twice. Because I was a prime member in the end they refunded me. I went back to my usual UPS store on Santa Monica Blvd in SM who never tell me I can't get a receipt, always friendly and helpful. They know about the complaints about that location and that franchisee. I have complained in line about that store and found other people who said they do not go there due to him but they said they found he is a franchisee and nothing can be done about him. Literally customers in line who have their own complaints about him specifically. What happened to my merchandise??? I was going to complain to corporate UPS about him and ask if there is cameras in the store to prove I was there and gave him items never checked in but got in a work crunch and did not follow up but I am still angry I had to fight through multiple people to get a refund when he never scanned in my items. NEVER trust him. I have not heard complaints about the other staff by the way.

  Kim was supper friendly and patient, replied all questions. Printed the shipping costs for a package, told the difference. Thank you for that kind employee!!

  I've been going through so much difficulty in life including being exploited in such large horrible ways - and the tall skinny guy there that reminds me of Ryan (an ex coworker) is so rude and horrible and not understanding to any of my situation. If I get another mailbox it will not be at this store.

  I've been to this location several times recently for shredding. The staff & owner have been pleasant, professional, helpful, & responsive. It's been a good experience coming here & getting a task taken care of on the "to do" list in a prompt manner. I'll definitely return in the future if needed.
