  This review is for Greg at this location. Super efficient and very helpful. He helped me with a huge pile of paper I needed to shred.. I’ve done this at other locations but no one helped me.. This is the only location that offered to help me. Thank you very much Greg!

  1 star. Kim should not be working in a customer service position. The attitude was extremely poor, with no smile, no sense of hospitality, and no effort to make customers feel welcome. What was most unacceptable was the way Kim threw the receipt toward the customer instead of handing it over properly. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate for a customer-facing employee. Management should address this immediately and provide proper customer-service training.

  UPS Store Review UPS Store service is usually pretty good, but my experience at the location on Sawtelle Blvd and Olympic Blvd was extremely frustrating. The attitude from the staff was unpleasant, but the bigger issue was how they handled package returns. If you drop off a return for Nike, Amazon, or another company, make sure you get proof that the package was actually accepted and scanned. In my experience, the package was taken from me, but the tracking never updated. When I came back to ask about it, I was told that the driver had taken the package without scanning it. When I asked for the driver’s name, they said they didn’t know. I was also told to call the 800 number, but after waiting several more days, the package still had no tracking activity. Eventually, customer service told me to go back to the store or file a claim. It became a huge hassle that could have been avoided if the package had simply been properly scanned when I dropped it off. My advice: if you use this location for a return, do not leave without a receipt or some other proof that your package was scanned into the system. I personally would avoid this location in the future.
