  UPS Store Review UPS Store service is usually pretty good, but my experience at the location on Sawtelle Blvd and Olympic Blvd was extremely frustrating. The attitude from the staff was unpleasant, but the bigger issue was how they handled package returns. If you drop off a return for Nike, Amazon, or another company, make sure you get proof that the package was actually accepted and scanned. In my experience, the package was taken from me, but the tracking never updated. When I came back to ask about it, I was told that the driver had taken the package without scanning it. When I asked for the driver’s name, they said they didn’t know. I was also told to call the 800 number, but after waiting several more days, the package still had no tracking activity. Eventually, customer service told me to go back to the store or file a claim. It became a huge hassle that could have been avoided if the package had simply been properly scanned when I dropped it off. My advice: if you use this location for a return, do not leave without a receipt or some other proof that your package was scanned into the system. I personally would avoid this location in the future.

  I have had a mailbox with this store for around 30 years now. And i have nothing but good things to say about them as the service by the staff and the owner Tilak who is a great guy they are all very helpful I recommend this store as i have done to others.

  The new people who work at this location are so so kind and patient! The younger Asian woman is always kind and the gentleman with the longer hair is extremely helpful. I used to dread coming to this location but now it’s the best.

  Normally I come here and do business no issues but the older Indian man is so mean and just so rude. I will literally only come here if the WOMEN WORKERS are at the desk moving forward. They need to let him know his attitude towards customers is horrible

  I came today at 6:22pm into an empty store and Kim refused to do me notary (she did it for me before so I know that she is the notary). Her justification was that we are getting busy by the end of the day and that is why we do not do notary after 6. Just to clarify store was empty and she was sitting in her phone.
