  I was supposed to receive a package from UPS, but even though I was home, no one came. The UPS driver lied, claiming he had come to my house, and took the package back. I’ve been waiting for my package for two days now this is so embarrassing. I don’t know where my package is. I’ve called UPS and gone to the branch, but no one knows. I’ve been waiting for this package for a few days now And today is Saturday It says the package is scheduled to arrive between 2 and 6 p.m. I waited at home all day to receive my package My whole Saturday was ruined But no one came The app says something ridiculous like, “We came but couldn’t find you We’ll try again on Monday”

  I bought a next-day delivery with tracking to arrive the next day. It contained very time-sensitive documents. They did not deliver until 4 days later, rendering the service useless as recipient didn't get it by the deadline. I tried getting a refund twice in the store, once at UPS website and sent the store an email. UPS claims store is liable, store does not want to deal with it, and the email has been left unanswered for 2 months.
