  First time using this service , so I needed to do a certified mail and fast is possible I did ask the lady who attended and I said that I never done thus before, what do I need to buy in order for the document get to the location fast and secure, then they ask for email, phone number etc, I called them 4 weeks after just to check and the manager did the tracking, he said I don't know why are you upset it is only been delayed for one day , I told him to look again it is delayed for 30 days then he said to me why did you wait that long to call me, then I said how it is that if I don't call or check my self there is no notification from ups , because now they are telling me that the package is lost, he told me that the reason why they didn't send me a notification is because I didn't ask the cashier to activate the notification, what a place run by a bunch of clowns

  Received unfriendly and unhelpful customer service again. The rates seem very high.

  Very unfriendly on the phone to try to see a notary. We were told to make an appointment online when we showed up the next day for our appointment we were told the notary was out all week ….. couldn’t notify us to begin with???
