  They damaged my rare tenor Eastwood guitar even after I had packed it well and marked FRAGILE all over it. Before it reached the destination, for about 5 days there was no indication of any tracking movement. I had to contact customer service several times. Initially, they declined my claim indicating that I had not paid insurance. I informed them that since I paid for shipping, they had a basic standard of care to ship the item regardless of insurance because they were paid to perform a service with reasonable care. At first UPS only offered me $100 in damages but after I informed them I would sue, UPS fully reimbursed me.

  Really bad experience I took my package on Friday the helper didn't want to take it because I need an special bag , I told him I will be back and I notices he print the label , I get back Monday and today Tuesday and they said they don't have my label I can't send my package back l and now I don't have a way to send my package back really bad customers and really bad experience,

  It's says they are open until 9:00, they are not. I drove 7 miles today friday 8/26/16 to get to this store and it was 8:45 & it was closed. Please update times open
