  This location is filled with techs having a bad attitude and don't want to work. This time I took in an unopened package to be returned to sender. I asked for a receipt showing returning to sender. She told me they don't give receipts for returns to sender. They need a new label to send back to the sender, but I can give her package to be returned. Two days later my UPS delivery guy delivered the same package 📦 back to my home. I told him that I returned it to sender through the UPS store. He stated they did it wrong. It should have had a return to sender label created from the original tracking number and next time just give it to him. They don't know what they're doing at that store. For the record...I totally agree with the driver. The merchandise on the package is expensive and I'd hate for it to get lost from negligence. The help in this store is Awful 😖

  Unprofessional, charging extra fees for service they are supposed to provide. If you can GO somewhere else!

  Worst experience! Waited 40 mins to fax one paper and I ended up leaving because nothing was happening. Hire more employees ! This isn’t a small family business.

  I am deeply concerned about the conditions inside UPS Store #4034. Every time I have visited, the store has been extremely hot, but during my most recent visit this week, I was inside for less than two minutes and began sweating profusely and feeling physically unwell. With Los Angeles under an extreme heat advisory, these indoor conditions feel unsafe for both customers and employees. What made this even more troubling is that this is a notoriously busy location, so customers are often forced to stand in excessive heat while waiting, and employees are expected to work in those same conditions for extended periods. From what I observed, there appeared to be only a very small fan in use, which is clearly not enough. This is not just a comfort issue. It is a health and safety issue. I sincerely hope ownership addresses this immediately before a customer or employee experiences a serious heat-related medical emergency.
