  The store itself is organized, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. I came in to return an item that was delivered to me in a plastic shipping bag. Instead of processing the return, the employee insisted that I purchase a box from the store and refused to accept the item in the same packaging it arrived in. There was no effort to explain the reason professionally or offer a helpful solution. On top of that, I felt completely dismissed when I asked for assistance. The employee was rude, unfriendly, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. A clean store means very little when the customer service experience is this poor. I will avoid this location in the future.

  They’re helpful and efficient. Parking is hard for this location but once we’re in the door the staff is very good.

  Ive gone to this ups store 3 different times for their notary service and each time there was a problem on their end (didn't have the notary equipment, have to come later). For their notary services they are not dependable, in my experience. Will be going to another place.

  The kind of place with friendly people who you'd miss if you moved away! If I could give 100 stars I would (and did you know they have a notary, too? ;)
