- XXXXXSep 16, 20265.0This morning I had time consuming problem I couldn't get my copier to work/ connect to my laptop To download copies that were needed I gave up and headed to my destination, which was important And visited the Westwood UPS store, along the way And was greeted by Neour, very nice and helpful, very, very helpful She was able to take care of my problem and get me on my way And I also noticed that the rest of the staff was very considerate and helpful With another customer, who was elderly I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulnes Thank you Neour and staff Hope I spelled your name right!?

To make matters worse, the telephone number listed for this location is not even the direct number for the store, making it extremely difficult to reach them. I would not recommend this UPS Store location. Very disappointing experience.
