  I happened to arrive right before closing. The representative who helped me, who wears glasses, was helping some foreign tourists; she was super friendly and nice. When it came to my turn, the friendly facade disappeared abruptly. I understand I arrived right before closing time and didn't understand the protocol for my return, but the attitude and rudeness were completely unnecessary. Do better like the other customer representative.

  Huge shoutout to Carlos, Ari, and Violet at this UPS location! They provided excellent customer service and were extremely helpful throughout my entire visit. They truly went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this team!

  Yea my previous review was because they asked me to leave a review and in turn they would “do me a favor” lol. Instead of doing me a favor they changed my envelope and did not put my items inside of it, they sealed up an empty envelope charged me to put a label I paid for on it. When the envelope showed up empty I drove to the store, they ran back the cameras and confirmed that they did not put anything in it. And they lost my items in the store. However they did apologize but offered no refund. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE!

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years, and while the staff has always been helpful, I have never experienced the level of customer service I received during my most recent visit. It truly showed me how much this store has leveled up. I was in a rush and couldn’t find parking anywhere, so I quickly parked in the red and ran inside, worried I would get a ticket. The manager immediately took charge, processed my shipment efficiently, and then told me I could wait in my car while everything was finalized. A few moments later, they brought my receipt to me, processed my payment, and had me on my way without me having to risk leaving my car unattended. It was such a thoughtful and customer-focused experience that I felt compelled to write this review.

  Came in right as they opened today and tried to drop off around 200 prepaid packages. I told the woman working I don’t need a receipt and she told me that I can scan them at the self-serve kiosk. I said I don’t need a receipt I just need to drop them off, and she insisted that I had to scan them in myself. Which is weird, because last time I checked, I don’t work at UPS, she does. I work for a small business and I drop off this amount of packages at a UPS store nearly every day, and have never had a problem. I actually know that it’s not a problem, because the same woman has said this to me before while she was working with another coworker and the coworker corrected her and told her that they would do it if I just left them. I ended up driving five minutes away and using a different UPS location who gladly accepted my packages and let me drop them off without telling me that I needed to stand there for 30 minutes and scan them all myself. Something that they get paid to do?
