  I went into this store the other day and I asked for notary services. They explained to me how it worked and what documents to bring. I asked them if I needed to make an appointment, they said not necessarily but if I wanted I could. I wasn't sure when I wanted to do it, so they suggested that when I was ready to call ahead and ask for Jocelyne. I also searched around to other notary locations and the most economical and best for me was at the UPS Store. The day I was ready with my document, I called ahead in the morning and they told me Jocelyne was available that day. I went in and asked for her. She was really helpful and fast. In the end when I got my document notarized she asked if I needed copies, I told her that I did. She made copies for me and provided an envelope for me not to bend my newly notarized document and copies. I got the notary, copies, paid and left in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Jocelyne, I will be referring my friends to this store.

  Stopped by this neighborhood The UPS Store recently and had such a smooth experience. Before I even made it fully inside, the team noticed me pulling up and greeted me right at the door. They quickly took my packages, scanned everything for me, and had me on my way in minutes. That kind of door-to-door customer service really stood out and made the whole process feel easy and efficient. You can definitely feel the difference in the level of attentiveness and professionalism. Great experience overall!

It’s refreshing to walk into a business and immediately feel valued as a customer.
