- MDMonica DayAug 19, 20261.0Do not pay for a mailbox here if you frequently receive packages. Not sure why but packages here frequently go missing. You’ll pick up your mail and they’ll simply forget to give you delivered items and you have to come back with a tracking number and ask staff to check the back again OR they’ll just get lost completely. Staff will blame USPS/fedex and just shrug their shoulders and ask you to file a missing package complaint with the courier, even though the tracking for an item says delivered. I will not be renewing my membership here.
