  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store, thanks to Ash. He truly went above and beyond to help me with his teammates. My passport photo needed adjustments to meet the required specifications, and Ash took the time to retake the picture, make the necessary corrections, and ensure everything was printed properly. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process easy and stress-free. He also took the time to offer helpful advice regarding a separate customer service matter I was dealing with. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to help and his outstanding customer care. Ash provided exceptional service from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the service was efficient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Ash. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping customers. 100% recommended!

  They charged me $2 just for 1 piece of tape for my Amazon return. I recommend going to another UPS Store. No other UPS store has done that and the other packages probably required more tape than this. Yes, I understand there are policies to be followed but I get that it can be difficult to have common sense & reflect on how you can get happy customers to come back.

  Able to ship easily, appreciate the pack and ship guarantee. I had a HDD to return and was hoping they could provide an esd sleeve for packing, but they didn’t have any
