    All because of an envelope! How rude can you be? I am writing to formally notify you that I intend to pursue legal action regarding the treatment I received at your store. This is not the first time I have experienced unacceptable behavior at your location. The first incident, I chose to let it go. However, after being treated with complete disrespect during my most recent visit, I can no longer ignore the situation. Your security cameras should have recorded the incident, and I will be requesting that all relevant footage be preserved as evidence to support my complaint. The way I was treated is completely unacceptable. I was a paying customer and even offered to pay for a simple envelope. Despite that, I was treated with disrespect and without the professionalism that every customer deserves. I am taking today to address this matter through the appropriate channels. Immediately after sending this email, I will be contacting UPS Corporate Headquarters, the Better Business Bureau, and KCAL News to file formal complaints regarding this incident. I have lived in this country for many years and have always treated others with respect. I expect to be treated with the same dignity and courtesy. No customer should be subjected to the treatment I experienced. I expect your company to investigate this matter thoroughly and preserve all surveillance footage related to the incident.
