I called in advance to let the store know that I'd be dropping a bunch of packages off and they were very pleasant over the phone and agreeable to take the packages when I showed up. Everyone was very friendly and didn't mind at all. They were very helpful where to place the packages out of the way. This is our businesses neighborhood store and puts an excellent reputation out there for UPS. I have been to a number of UPS stores and by far team. Here are the friendliest and most helpful. I hope this review makes it all the way to corporate- despite all the challenges we have with UPS pickups, this store earns an excellent reputation for customer service.
