  Many years ago I worked with Robert Half and got a couple of good contracts through them. So when I was contacted by Amanda from the LA office I was confident that we'd be able to work together. I want to stress that Amanda reached out to me here, I did not submit a resume before her email. So I set up a time to speak with her, letting her know that I am currently on a short-term contract and would move things around in my schedule to make sure I had enough time to go over this opportunity she claimed she was working on. She never called. I sent a follow-up email saying sorry we weren't able to connect but I can make time for the next day. No response. Now 2 days out, I sent another email asking her if the job was still open. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day. Straight to voice mail. That was a week ago. I still haven't heard from her. The level of unprofessionalism, the lack of respect for potential consultants, its just stunning. RH used to be respectable, professional and one of the best agencies in the business. They've clearly gone downhill. I expect nothing from them aside from a generic note below this review.

  Pam Allen from Robert Half was extremely helpful and supportive. She supported me through the entire process, from bringing me options and scheduling interviews to presentation of offers and even checking in during training. She really succeeded in finding me a good company to join, and I am very happy to have trusted her. Thank you, Pam.

  No good! Got in touch with a recruiter named Amanda in the hopes of her helping me find employment. She emailed me asking for my resume, I got no response. I emailed her again and sent her a more detailed resume, and she ghosted me. This is literally your job to COMMUNICATE with candidates. If she does not have a job lined up for my needs, her job is to direct me to someone that can assist me. Just so unprofessional & rude! These recruiters does not take their job seriously!!!

  Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this company. I was referred by a friend and I was told to email a lady named Kayla. Two weeks passed and I never got a response- later I ended up talking two different people from different departments. The day I had an interview I had to get emergency labs from my doctor for A chronic illness I battle with. I called that morning to leave a voicemail to reschedule. Kayla calls me that afternoon- I alerted her that I’m at the doctors office and I was rushed off the phone so then I tried to call Emily to reschedule and the receptionist put me on hold and Kayla picks up the phone. From that point on the conversation seem disingenuous sarcastic and I asked her if it was possible if I could reschedule and I was cut off and she said well I’m booked this week and for the future let us know when something comes up then she ended the call by saying “and good luck with your doctors appointment”- in a sarcastic tone. Honestly I was very hurt by those words because my illness is severe and the complications could be life threatening and it was very insensitive. If that is the culture and behavior of this company then it was probably in my best interest not to work for them. This was a wake up call for me to focus solely on my health and wellness.
