  Who knew getting fingerprinted could actually be fun? I drove 40 minutes out of my way for this spot after doing some research, and it was 100% worth it. Parking was easy to find on a Saturday, and getting into the building was seamless. I made an appointment in advance, so I was taken right away as the only person there. Patricia was absolute magic. She’s professional, hilarious, and has the best stories....I could have talked to her all day! She put me completely at ease and gave super clear instructions on the next steps. Best of all, she is fluent in Spanish! To my Latino community: if you want a true advocate and expert who speaks Spanish, ask for Patricia. I highly recommend this location! Thank you! Quién iba a decir que sacarse las huellas dactilares podía ser divertido! Investigué bien y manejé 40 minutos para llegar a este lugar y valió totalmente la pena. Un sábado por la mañana fue facilísimo encontrar estacionamiento en la calle y entrar al edificio no tuvo ningún problema. Hice reservación con anticipación, así que al llegar era la única persona ahí y me atendieron de inmediato. Patricia fue increíble. Es súper profesional, muy divertida y tiene las mejores historias; podría haberme quedado hablando con ella todo el día! Me hizo sentir muy cómoda y me dio instrucciones clarísimas sobre los siguientes pasos. Lo mejor de todo es que habla español. A mi comunidad latina: si buscan a una verdadera experta que hable nuestro idioma y los apoye, les recomiendo a Patricia con los ojos cerrados!

  Patricia went above and beyond to help me with my difficult to print fingerprints. She even took it upon herself to call the requesting agency before I had even gone in for my fingerprints! This is the place to go if you want things done the right way. They also provide notary services.

  Patricia was very friendly and helpful! I walked in without an appointment and two live scans that I needed done, and the whole process was very easy and efficient.
