I have had my fair share of bad experiences with FedEx from damaged shipments to 800# agents who've not solved my problem and hung up on me. But the people at this location are - to a person - knowledgeable, pleasant and - most importantly - THEY WANT TO HELP. Further, because this is just a ship facility, there is rarely much of a line. Sometimes it's empty.

And they said that they will deliver it again the next day we waited and then we got a notification that they tried calling us again but we never got a call and now they wanted us to pick up the stuff that we are supposed to be delivered. I gave it 0 stars if I can for their service. It’s the worst please don’t get any deliveries from them they will not get to you.
