I sent a next day noon priority package to Oregon for $85 and change. It arrived in 2 days or 29 hours late. Contacted FedEx customer service, also great person, and was told with Covid and the weather, things get delayed. I understand that, but should there not be some financial consideration to the customer who paid for priority service and received 2 day service. Seems a bit one sided. Well, I guess I'll go USPS or UPS when it has to absolutely positively be there overnight going forward.
