  I went on a Saturday morning at around 11:00. There were a couple of people in front of me waiting in line. The staff went about their business not acknowledging anyone in line, even leaving the floor, walking away and then coming back. It was almost as if no one else was there. It would have been professional and courteous for a staff member to look at us (the customers) and acknowledge us and say that someone will be with us shortly, instead of acting as if we were not there. Once I was helped, the staff member was helpful and polite.

  The worst staff in the industry very rude they never smile they oversell you. They treat you like you need to pay them individually specially, the manager, the one who wears black.

  I can’t say enough great things about Amel, Shauiq, and the entire team at this FedEx location! They have helped me with everything from custom printing projects to shipping numerous packages to different countries, and every experience has been outstanding. Amel and Shauiq are incredibly patient, creative, and detail-oriented. They always take the time to understand exactly what I need, offer helpful suggestions, and make sure everything is done right. Whether it’s a complex print job or international shipping, they make the process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides this level of service. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication—I truly appreciate everything you do and will definitely keep coming back!

  Outstanding customer service from Kate!! She was friendly, professional, charismatic and patient. Thanks to her advice we managed to ship a package internationally for a lower rate than expected. Great experience thanks to the one and only - Kate!
